Warranty

Dominator Auto Diagnostics will offer a 30 day warranty on parts & diagnostics. This means that if your item was working fine when you first received it, and then stopped working you are entitled to a replacement item.

Delivery

Dominator Auto Parts is happy to offer all UK customers FREE DELIVERY. However there is a fixed rate delivery charge of £10 on all Europe orders, and £13 for international orders. When ordering please select the correct delivery option that is applicable to yourself. These prices were revices in May 2012 in line with the Royal Mail's decision to increase postage costs for international packages.

Once items are ordered they will be dispatched as soon as possible, normally within 48 hours - and if there's a delay we will let you know.

Returns

We understand that sometimes you will receive an item that is not as expected. We've all been there. So with that in mind if you need to return an item for whatever reason you will need to contact us in writing within 7 working days of receiving the item.

If you are returning an item for a refund you will be responsible for any costs associated.

Dominator Auto only offers a postal service (meaning we send items to you once you have made online payment)
